Privacy policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what Internet Assigned Numbers Authority collects through site-test.agency-os.ai, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you send a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, email address and the topic you are asking about.
- When you use the chat on this site, we receive your messages and anything you share in them, such as your name or email address. Replies in the chat are written by an AI assistant.
- For each page you view, we count the visit and note the website that referred you. When you contact us, we also keep the page you wrote from and any campaign tags in the link that brought you here (such as utm_source).
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To count a visit once and to keep a chat going while you browse, your browser keeps a small note for the length of your visit (session storage), which it clears when you close the tab.
Like any website, the services that deliver its pages, fonts and images receive your device’s network address in order to send them. Your network address is also used briefly to stop spam and abuse of the form and chat.
How we use it
- To answer you and follow up about what you asked.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is stored with the providers that run this website and our customer records for us (hosting, database and the AI provider that writes chat replies), who may use it only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of our work with you, and delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you: use the form on this site. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), local law may give you further rights, and we will honour them.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
